Terms of service

Placeholder. This page is a stub to be replaced with OneSpot's final terms of service before launch — live terms are a HubSpot Marketplace requirement.

The published terms will cover acceptable use, subscription and billing (handled through HubSpot Marketplace Billing), the bring-your-own-key model for third-party services, AI credit usage, warranties and liability, and termination.

Billing runs through HubSpot, third-party vendors bill you directly under your own accounts, and OneSpot never resells or marks up those services.
