OneSpot is built so your data stays in HubSpot wherever possible. We process only what a feature requires (for example, transcript text and embeddings for the call library, and the audit log), connect to HubSpot through OAuth, and seal any third-party credentials you provide with envelope encryption.

The published policy will cover data we process and why, retention, sub-processors, your rights and how to exercise them (including GDPR data-subject requests), and how to contact us.
